Responsible Gambling
NextGameTime links to licensed U.S. sportsbooks. Wagering is for adults only and should always be fun, controlled, and within your means.
If gambling stops being fun, stop playing.
If gambling is interfering with your finances, relationships, work, or mental health, free and confidential help is available 24/7.
Warning signs to watch for
- Betting more than you intended, or more than you can afford to lose
- Chasing losses with bigger bets
- Lying to family or friends about how much you bet
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to gamble
- Feeling restless, anxious, or irritable when you try to cut back
- Gambling to escape stress, depression, or other problems
- Neglecting work, school, or family because of gambling
Tools every licensed sportsbook offers
Every operator linked from NextGameTime is required by state law to give you in-app controls. Use them.
- Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the money you put in
- Wager limits — caps on the size or frequency of bets
- Time limits — session length caps and reality checks
- Cool-off periods — temporary lockouts (24 hours to 6 months)
- Self-exclusion — long-term or permanent bans, often shared across operators in your state
State self-exclusion programs
Many states maintain a voluntary self-exclusion list that bars you from every licensed sportsbook in the state. Once you sign up, operators are legally required to deny you service for the chosen period.
Contact your state's gaming control commission to enroll. The National Council on Problem Gambling maintains a directory at ncpgambling.org.

NextGameTime's commitment
We do not accept users we know to be under 21, and we never include sportsbook deep links for users in states where the operator is not licensed. Every BET button on this site shows responsible-gambling messaging and links back to this page.
